New Confirmed Case of Covid-19 In Denpasar Begins to Decline

The case of Covid-19 in Denpasar City as of today, Monday (June 22) recorded 6 people recovered after undergoing treatment. However, Covid-19 positive cases also increased by 6 people.
Spokesperson of the Denpasar City Task Force for Accelerating the Handling of COVID-19, I Dewa Gede Rai, Monday (June 22) explained that the development of positive cases of COVID-19 in Denpasar City slowly showed a decline. This is also accompanied by an increase in the number of patients recovered.
“The good news is that 6 people have been recovered after undergoing treatment, but there were also 6 people tested positive for COVID-19. The six were 1 Asymptomatic People (OTG) who was tested positive and 5 new cases with local transmission, “he explained.
Dewa Rai further explained that from the data, the Denpasar City Covid-19 case started to decline in 2 days. However, there is still the addition of new positive cases, where there is local contact of new cluster. The new cluster should be aware of together, considering that the high mobility of the population in Denpasar City.
“So it must remain highly disciplined in implementing health protocols, considering the danger of COVID-19 could take lives,” he said.
Cumulatively, Dewa Rai explained that there are 367 positive cases in Denpasar City. The details are 122 recovered, 5 people died, and 240 people are still being treated.
While the existence of Asymptomatic People (OTG) resulting from cumulative GTPP tracing has reached 1,400 cases, but 480 of them was declared healthy after undergoing independent isolations, so that there were 920 OTG status remaining. Accumulatively, People Under Monitoring (ODP) recorded 314 cases, but have undergone independent isolation and have been declared healthy 276 people, so that there are still 38 ODP remaining. And the cumulative number of Patient Under Supervision (PDP) was 111 cases, but 39 people of them tested negative for the disease after undergoing the Swab Test, so that there were 72 PDP status remaining.
