Antisipasi Penyebaran Covid-19, Undiksha Terapkan Kuliah Online

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak ke semua sektor. Bahkan dunia pendidikan kini sudah banyak yang mulai melakukan langkah antisipasi dengan menerapkan sistem belajar online.
Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) adalah salah satunya. Rektor Undiksha Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd. mengeluarkan instruksi pelaksanaan kuliah secara online mulai 16 Maret 2020 sampai 30 April 2020. Hal tersebut telah dibahas melalui rapat pimpinan diperluas yang berlangsung di Ruang Ganesha I Rektorat Undiksha, Sabtu (14/3).
Pada rapat yang berlangsung dari sore hingga malam itu, Jampel menegaskan, instruksi ini sesuai surat edaran Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor HK. 02.01/Menkes/199/2020, Surat Edaran Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 Tanggal 9 Maret 2020 dan Surat Edaran Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 35492/A.A5/HK/2020, tentang pencegahan Covid-19, serta memperhatikan situasi dan kondisi yang berkembang di masyarakat.
Dalam hal ini, Undiksha tetap melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan untuk jenjang Diploma, S1, S2, dan S3. Namun, perkuliahan teori dilaksanakan dengan pembelajaran online alias tidak dengan metode tatap muka.
Selain perkuliahan teori, perkuliahan praktikum di laboratorium, bengkel, atau yang sejenis juga ditangguhkan, diganti dengan penugasan, atau diselenggarakan pada Juni dan Juli 2020. “Untuk perkuliahan lapangan ditangguhkan atau dijadwalkan ulang sampai pemberitahuan lebih lanjut. Apabila dalam kondisi tertentu terpaksa harus dilaksanakan, maka harus disertai dengan tindakan kewaspadaan dan pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19,” tegasnya.
Tak hanya itu, kebijakan tersebut juga berlaku untuk pelaksanaan penelitian atau pengumpulan data untuk tugas akhir, skripsi, tesis dan disertasi termasuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pada intinya semua kegiatan harus disertai kewaspadaan akan Covid-19. (praw2)
